What clients say about our New York law firm

We agreed on a fixed-fee to follow up on a business partner’s promises, thinking it would take weeks. . . . But the partner was evasive and it took months. James tracked him down, waited outside his building and negotiated a great outcome. I offered to pay more for his effort but James honored the fixed-fee. – N.O.

Mr. Hsui is such a resourceful attorney. I worked with him to form a PLLC and the education department initially rejected the name. Rather than just settle, he fought back for me. I don’t know how he did it, but he somehow managed to convince the reviewer that the name was OK and I got the name I wanted. – N.M.

I talked to a handful of nonprofit attorneys in New York before telling our board to hire James. I’m so glad we did! . . . James gave us different choices and explained how they could protect us. He also prepared a grant contract for us. With him on our side, we felt confident going ahead and were able to help many people. – H.

Mr. Hsui was tremendously helpful in aiding with the resolution of a strained cooperative venture between my family in China and their associates in New York. . . . Mr. Hsui’s insight and resourceful autonomy has demonstrated. . . we would not have been able to achieve the same results without his expertise. – S.W.

Attorney Hsui! Thank you for your professionalism! A thousand words could not express our heartfelt respect for you. You are a model for Chinese lawyers to learn from. In short, there is more to say than words allow, and there is time ahead. Thank you again! (Translated from Chinese) – Q.W.

From the very first consultation Attorney Hsui was different. I could feel that he was genuinely interested in my business, and he heard out my concerns about starting up to the very end. . . . I am Korean and spoke in halting English, but he understood me well. He explained things calmly, and I felt at ease throughout. (Translated from Korean) – B.P.

There’s nobody I know that is more knowledgeable than James, and I spoke to a bunch of nonprofit attorneys. He is extremely knowledgeable . . . and way far advanced. . . . I appreciate his help! – J
